Top up from $5 on the Payments page. Payments are processed by Paddle.com (merchant of record).
Your balance is a hard ceiling: agents spend from it, never past it.
If it hits zero, apps pause with data intact — a top-up brings them back automatically.
Domain purchases always require your approval by email, and renew automatically while you have funds.
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days — see the refund policy.

Questions people actually ask

Can my agent overspend?

No. Spending is evaluated server-side against your prepaid balance, and irreversible purchases (like domains) additionally need a click from you in an approval email.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up, verify your email (that unlocks the $0.50 welcome credit), connect your agent, and it covers your first deploys. You only pay when you decide to load more.

What does "active hour" mean?

An hour in which your app’s machine is awake serving traffic. Idle apps sleep automatically and pay only storage — for a 1GB volume, that’s $0.40 a month.

Where can I see what I’ve spent?

Every project card shows its own spend, and the Payments page lists every movement and invoice. Or just ask your agent.
