Terms of Service

Last updated: August 22, 2026 · Alora (alora.build), operated by Santiago Infante López. Contact: hola@alora.build

1. The service

Alora is a hosting platform for small applications, typically written with the help of AI coding agents. We provide deployment, runtime (isolated microVMs), authentication in front of your apps, access sharing, usage analytics, persistent storage and related tooling, under your account at alora.build and your apps at *.alora.page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials (including agent tokens) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the agents you connect to it. You can revoke any agent token at any time from the panel.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Alora to host or distribute: malware, phishing or deceptive content; content that infringes third-party rights; illegal content; or services that abuse the network (spam, DDoS, crypto mining). Apps are private by default; you are responsible for what you make public. We may suspend apps that violate this policy and will notify you when we do.

4. Your content and data

Your code and your apps' data remain yours. We store them only to operate the service (builds in object storage, app data in per-project volumes) and never use them for other purposes. You can delete a project at any time; deletion is permanent after the 30-day trash window (or immediately with purge).

5. Bring Your Own Claude

If you connect a Claude credential, it is stored encrypted, used only inside your own apps' runtime, and never shared between accounts. You are responsible for complying with Anthropic's terms for your credential; subscription tokens are intended for personal / low-volume use.

6. Payments

Paid features work on prepaid credits. Order processing and billing are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, whose terms also apply to purchases. Prices are shown before purchase; credits are consumed by usage (hosting, domains and other platform services).

7. Service level

Alora is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees during beta. We take backups of platform data and per-project volumes but you should keep copies of anything critical. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 3 months.

8. Termination

You can stop using Alora and delete your projects at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Questions: hola@alora.build.
