Refund Policy

Prepaid credits: unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase — write to hola@alora.build from your account email, or contact Paddle (the merchant of record) directly through your receipt.

Consumed usage: credits already spent on hosting, domain registrations or other platform services are non-refundable (domain purchases are non-refundable once registered, as registries do not reverse them).

Subscriptions (when available): cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. If Alora materially fails to provide the service you paid for, contact us and we will make it right — refund included.
